Responsibilities

• Oversees the day to day operations of the assigned laboratory section(s).
• Plans daily work schedule and assignments for section(s).
• Supports manager in preparing schedules and coverage.
• Ensures testing operates in compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitors turnaround times, investigates and implements corrective actions.
• Maintains preventive maintenance and quality control procedures.
• Acts as technical resource to subordinates for complex problems.
