Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science (Required).
• Amer Society of Clin Pathology certification or equivalent (Required).
• Minimum 4 years in moderate complexity testing; 2 years in high complexity; 1 year supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily testing across chemistry, hematology, coagulation, urinalysis, molecular, and microbiology.
• Manage personnel, scheduling, onboarding, training, and competency assessments.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance; perform validation studies and corrective actions.
• Inventory and equipment management; liaise with LIS support and reporting.
