Job summary

Cherry County Hospital & Clinic is seeking a Lead Clinical Informatics Specialist to guide the Clinical Informatics team and bridge clinical care with information technology. The role focuses on improving workflows, optimizing the Meditech EHR, and supporting patient care delivery.

The position requires an RN or LPN with 3+ years Meditech experience and a track record in healthcare IT leadership. Onsite operations and after-hours on-call support are expected as part of the job.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) is required.
• Clinical Informatics or healthcare IT experience is required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Licensed LPN or RN required with 3+ years Meditech experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Clinical Informatics team in collaboration with the CIO.
• Serve as the primary resource for EHR operations and optimization.
