Job summary

Fortrea seeks a data management leader to drive studies from start-up through database lock, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines. You will mentor the DM team, oversee cross-functional communication with Sponsors, PMs, and senior leads, and direct data-centric processes across EDC, eCOA, and related systems.

Candidates should bring 6–8 years in DM with hands-on data review, reconciliation, and complex data loads.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years of_DM experience with sponsor management.
• Experience in handling scope of work and budgets is preferred.
• Proactive, independent worker capable of mitigating issues before they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead DM studies from start-up to database lock in line with client and Fortrea standards.
• Mentor and coach DM team members to achieve competency and quality.
• Coordinate with Sponsors, PMs and multi-disciplinary leads to meet milestones.
• Ensure SOPs and GCPs are followed and oversee risk mitigation.
