Job summary

Fortrea is seeking an experienced Data Management leader in the United States to guide studies from start-up through database lock. You will own DM deliverables, coordinate with EDC, SAS Programming, and statistics teams, and ensure quality and timeliness in a dynamic, client-driven setting.

The role requires strong English communication, proactive problem solving, and mentorship of junior staff while aligning with SOPs, GCPs, and sponsor expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in life sciences or IT.
• Fluent in English, written and verbal.
• 3+ years as data management lead in complex studies.
• Experience with in-house study start up, conduct, and closeout.
• Proactive, independent worker with problem-solving skills.
• DM SME to other FSPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead DM studies from start-up to database lock.
• Ensure DM deliverables meet timelines and quality.
• Maintain adherence to SOPs and GCP.
• Collaborate with PMs and cross-functional leads.
• Mentor DM team and provide performance feedback.
• Represent DM in audits and client communications.
