Job summary

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required.
• English proficiency for direct patient care.
• Full, current license to practice physical therapy in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CPRP activities across disciplines (PT, OT, psychology, etc.).
• Develop and implement treatment protocols for chronic pain rehabilitation.
• Mentor and coordinate clinical assignments for interdisciplinary staff.
• Track CPRP performance data and prepare reporting for leadership and accreditation.
• Ensure timely documentation and discharge planning within EMR systems.
