Qualifications

• Must be a licensed physical therapist with a current, unrestricted license.
• Education and experience options include: a PT degree with 5+ years’ experience or a PT master’s with 2+ years’ experience or a PT doctorate.
• Citizenship: U.S. citizen preferred; non-citizens may be appointed only if qualified citizens cannot be recruited.
• English proficiency for direct patient care is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operations of the Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit and outpatient clinics (Spinal Cord Injury, Amputee, and TBI/Polytrauma).
• Collaborate with the Chief of Rehabilitation and multidisciplinary teams to develop programs and ensure continuity.
• Provide clinical guidance, training, and education to internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor data, generate reports, and support program administration and improvement.
