Job summary

Family Health Services seeks a nurse supervisor to organize the daily activities of the clinic nursing support staff and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and FHS policies. The role involves coordinating with other departments and delivering direct patient care as needed.

The candidate must be Idaho-licensed CMA, LPN, or RN with 2+ years in family practice and 1+ year supervisory experience, plus bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold current Idaho license as CMA, LPN, or RN.
• Two+ years in a family practice setting and one+ year in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, lead, and coordinate day-to-day nursing support staff.
• Provide direct nursing services and patient care as appropriate.
• Coordinate services with FHS departments and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Participate in quality assurance and safety initiatives.
• Oversee staff performance and conduct annual evaluations.
