Job summary

Family Health Services in Rupert, Idaho seeks an experienced nursing supervisor to schedule, lead, and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the clinic nursing staff, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local regulations and FHS policies while providing direct nursing services as needed.

The ideal candidate is an Idaho-licensed LPN or RN with 2+ years in family practice and 1+ year supervisory experience; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN or RN in Idaho with 2+ years in a family practice setting.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience with NextGen EHR.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, flow, and triage patients in the clinic.
• Coordinate medical equipment ordering, maintenance and inspection.
• Supervise clinic staff and provide training as needed.
• Monitor and improve quality assurance and safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards and policies.
