Job summary

Family Health Services (FHS) is seeking a clinic nursing supervisor to schedule and coordinate the nursing support staff while ensuring compliance with regulations and FHS policies. The role involves direct patient care and collaboration with other departments to maintain high-quality service.

Requirements include Idaho-licensed LPN or RN with 2+ years in a family practice setting and at least 1 year in supervision; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Idaho license as LPN or RN with 2+ years in family practice.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Salary range shown: $26.00–$36.25 DOE.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, lead, and coordinate day-to-day nursing support staff.
• Assist Medical Director and Nursing Director in ensuring quality of care.
• Oversee patient scheduling, flow, and triage.
• Manage equipment ordering, maintenance, and inspection.
• Monitor daily patient care activities to ensure full coverage.
• Lead and train nursing and clinical staff.
• Enforce safety and compliance with policies.
• Participate in program development and policy implementation.
