The role ensures adherence to federal, state, and local regulations, and to Family Health Services policies while coordinating with other departments.

Preferred bilingual English/Spanish communication, with a strong background in dental assisting, HIPAA, and NextGen practice management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with a completed Dental Assistant program.
• Expanded Functions Certification is required with 2 years applicable experience.
• Proficiency in clinic software and basic budgeting skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations in the clinic and lead dental assistants.
• Coordinate with clinic leadership; ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage PTO requests, timekeeping, and staff scheduling.
• Maintain patient flow and quality assurance in daily practice.
