The Davey Tree Expert Company in Naples, FL is seeking a Climbing Arborist Crew Leader to guide an outdoor crew and deliver arboricultural services to clients. This role blends hands-on field work with leadership, safety, and a commitment to high-quality tree care.

You will supervise crew members, operate equipment, and ensure tasks such as pruning, removing hazardous trees, and installing cables or braces are completed safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Love of the outdoors
• Ability to complete Davey Tree orientation program on hire
• Ability to complete Davey Tree First Aid, CPR and defensive driving course on hire

Responsabilités

• Directs crew members and equipment and plans and executes assigned work or tasks.
• Climb Trees! Davey offers climbing systems (DdRT/MRS and SRT/SRS).
• Safely and productively lead a crew in arboricultural care for clients.
• Pruning, thinning and removing deadwood throughout the tree canopy
• Installation of cables, bracing and lightning protection systems
• Removal of hazardous trees
• Mentor crew members through the Davey Career Development Program.
