You’ll mentor crew members through the Davey Career Development Program, uphold safety standards, and operate tools such as chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts. The position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Outdoor work lover with safety mindset.
• Willing to complete Davey training programs on hire.
• Preferred pesticide licenses and arb certifications.

Responsibilities

• Directs crew and equipment to complete assigned work.
• Lead pruning, thinning, and removal in tree canopy.
• Mentor crew through the Davey Career Development Program.
• Maintain and operate tools including chainsaws and lifts.
