Job summary

The Davey Tree Expert Company is seeking a Climbing Arborist Crew Leader for the Chantilly, VA area. The role pays $26-$42 per hour with a $2,000 sign-on bonus for qualified applicants, plus $500 bonuses in the first month and in each subsequent month.

Responsibilities

• Climb trees using DdRT/MRS or SRT/SRS climbing systems.
• Safely and effectively lead a crew in providing arboricultural care.
• Mentor crew members through professional development programs.
• Maintain, operate, and inspect tools and equipment (chainsaws, chippers, lifts).
• Ensure compliance with HOPE process and site planning.
