Job summary

Huzzle in the United States is seeking a high-caliber Client Success Manager to own the client journey for a fast-growing AI-driven creative agency. You will bridge clients with our production team, designing processes that scale and defining how success is measured in a rapidly evolving environment.

This full-time, remote role requires leadership, excellent English, and a builder mindset to improve operations, onboard new clients, and manage multiple accounts while maintaining brand integrity

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Client Success Manager, Account Manager, or Delivery Manager in marketing or creative agency.
• Excellent professional English (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational skills with 20+ active accounts.
• Full-time, long-term commitment; not a freelancer.
• Willingness to dive into AI tools like HeyGen and ChatGPT.
• Builder mindset to implement structure in an immature business.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
• Direct experience with AI video generation tools or short-form video agencies.
• Notion proficiency for project tracking.
• Experience working with founders in early-stage companies.
• Background in personal branding or social media strategy.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary, proactive point of contact for all clients via WhatsApp, Slack, and email.
• Own the end-to-end client onboarding process with clear expectations.
• Coordinate high-volume content delivery with internal teams to meet deadlines.
• Perform rigorous quality control on AI-generated outputs for brand consistency.
• Oversee social media scheduling across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
• Identify bottlenecks and create SOPs for scalable infrastructure.
• Monitor account health and resolve potential retention risks.
