LEAD CLIENT SERVICE MANAGER, P&C INSURANCE – Atlanta, GA (Remote)

A thriving and expanding P&C insurance firm is looking to onboard a Lead Client Service Manager in the greater Atlanta area.

In this REMOTE role, the ideal candidate will be passionate about building and nurturing relationships with clients, while collaborating with team members to meet and exceed the insurance needs of our client organizations.

  1. Lead the renewal process, ensuring the delivery of optimal solutions to clients.
  2. Secure existing business and assist in coordinating sales of additional services and coverage lines.
  3. Nurture and maintain strong client relationships.
  4. Keep accurate client data, records, and policy documentation.
  5. Manage and collaborate on multiple service-oriented priorities effectively.
  6. Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance standards and service levels are met.
  7. Develop professional rapport with internal and external partners.

Professional Profile:

  1. Experience in P&C insurance client service and/or claims management.
  2. Ability to deliver exceptional client service in collaboration with team members.
  3. Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with other productivity tools is a plus.
  4. Comfortable engaging in consultative discussions.
  5. Possession of a State Insurance License or in the process of obtaining one.
