Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Banking and Capital Markets, Payments or digital assets sectors.
• Knowledge of Client Assets and safeguarding rules (CASS) and related controls.
• Ability to lead engagements and mentor junior team members.
• Willingness to work across diverse client environments and geographies.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client engagements, including regulatory audits and walk-throughs.
• Provide technical input on CASS, Safeguarding, digital assets rules and governance.
• Lead project management, budget setting and ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and contribute to CAS offerings.
