Deloitte in London is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Client Assets and Safeguarding (CAS) engagements for Banking & Capital Markets, Digital Assets and Payments. The role focuses on delivering regulatory audits and advisory services with practical, technically robust input and strong stakeholder management.

You will oversee engagements, manage senior client relationships, drive governance and risk improvements, and coach junior colleagues while contributing to the rapid evolution of CAS

Formación

• Significant experience in Banking or Capital Markets firms, Payments institutions, or digital assets exposure.
• Strong knowledge of CASS, Safeguarding, and Digital Assets rules and related governance and risk frameworks.
• Ability to manage engagements, lead teams, and coach junior members.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee a portfolio of client engagements, including regulatory audits and advisory work.
• Lead client relationships with senior stakeholders and manage engagement strategy and budgets.
• Provide strong technical input on client assets, safeguarding and digital assets rules and controls.
• Develop and coach junior team members and drive continuous improvement within CAS offerings.
