Deloitte in London is seeking a Senior Manager to lead strategic, end-to-end treasury advisory and governance programs for corporate clients, including ICFR/SOX, IPO readiness and hedge accounting.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across treasury reporting, controls transformation, technology and finance, guiding engagements from scope to value. This role offers a hybrid London-based schedule with opportunities to shape client strategy and develop talent.

Formación

• Substantial experience in treasury financial reporting, controls or transformation, including strong knowledge of ICFR and/or SOX.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a portfolio of complex treasury engagements with accountability for scope, quality, economics, risk and client outcomes.
• Advise senior treasury and finance stakeholders on management reporting, policies, covenant compliance and information for external auditors.
• Shape ICFR, SOX, internal audit, IPO readiness and controls transformation programmes.
• Direct transformation and target operating model programmes across debt, financial risk and treasury technology.
