Job summary

Naylor Association Solutions is seeking a Senior Client Accounting Manager to lead the Client Accounting Services pod, ensure timely financial reporting, and supervise the team across multiple client engagements.

You will oversee month-end close, review statements and reconciliations, and coordinate audits with outside firms while driving process improvements and collaboration across leadership.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in progressive accounting across multiple clients.
• CPA strongly preferred; Bachelor's or higher in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• GAAP knowledge, month-end close, reconciliations, budgeting/variance analysis.
• Ability to lead a team delivering multi-client work.
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and lookups.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Client Accounting Services pod, staffing, onboarding and development.
• Oversee monthly and year-end closes for the pod's client portfolio.
• Review financial statements, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Provide actionable insights from financial data to management and client leadership.
• Coordinate year-end audit and tax support with outside firm.
• Support treasury functions including budgeting and cash forecasting.
• Act as senior staff liaison for client audits and regulatory reporting.
