Job summary

Naylor Association Solutions is seeking a Senior Client Accounting Manager to lead the Client Accounting Services pod, overseeing staffing, reviews, and performance management for multiple client portfolios. You will coordinate month-end and year-end close, review financials, and liaise with the external accounting firm for audits and tax support.

You will drive internal controls and process improvements while collaborating with executive leadership across clients and operations.

Qualifications

7–10+ years of progressive accounting experience in professional services or outsourced accounting.
CPA strongly preferred.
Experience supervising or leading a team delivering client accounting work.
Strong GAAP, month-end close, reconciliations, budgeting/variance analysis.
Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

Leads and manages the Client Accounting Services pod, including workload distribution, hiring, onboarding, performance management, and development.
Leads monthly and year-end close processes across the pod's client portfolio and ensures timely, accurate financial reporting.
Reviews financial statements, journal entries, and reconciliations prepared by the team.
Oversees audit and tax support coordination with the external accounting firm.
Supports internal controls design and process improvements across CAS.
