Insight Global in Utah is seeking a Cleared Electrical Engineer to lead electrical efforts for a high-profile defense program at Hill Air Force Base. The role requires coordinating with DoD/DOE stakeholders to develop and validate system requirements for the reentry vehicle. You will oversee integration efforts and provide technical leadership across multiple engineering teams to ensure mission readiness in extreme environments. This position is on-site in Clearfield, UT.
Qualifications
12+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering, defense industry preferred.
Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams or programs.
Experience integrating requirements into acquisition lifecycle with system engineering.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics.
Active Secret Clearance with ability to obtain SAP and TS.
On-site at Hill AFB daily (Clearfield, UT).
MBSE or Digital Engineering experience (DOORS, CAMEO, SysML).
DOE or National Laboratory experience.
Master's Degree.
Responsibilities
Lead electrical engineering within the Lead Project Office across DoD/DOE and other stakeholders.
Develop and validate system requirements for the reentry vehicle.
Oversee warhead and reentry vehicle integration to ensure mission readiness and compatibility.
Provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams to deliver the system.
