Job summary

Grede is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee cleaning room operations, set goals, train staff, and maintain a productive environment to meet schedules and quality targets.

The role is 2nd or 3rd shift with an annual salary of $65K. Candidates should have a high school diploma, 3–5 years’ experience, and preferably bilingual English/Spanish. We value safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma and additional courses, or equivalent.
• Three to five years’ experience.
• Supervise diversified work and make decisions within applied technology.
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning room operations to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Organize and assign work to maximize efficiency and cost control.
• Coach and develop employees for safe and productive performance.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity processes are followed.
