Job summary
Meta's Global Energy Team is seeking a seasoned contract manager to own a portfolio of clean energy and carbon credit agreements, lead amendments, ensure contract compliance, and monitor development and construction status across projects.
You will draft communications, coordinate with legal, finance, and suppliers, and develop portfolio-level reporting. Apply AI tools to optimize workflows and deliver measurable impact with accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, energy, or environmental science or similar field.
- 5+ years in clean energy contract management or related operations.
- Experience drafting official correspondence between counterparties.
- Experience with renewable energy contracts and cross-functional partnerships.
- Experience building portfolio-level reporting and dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the ongoing owner for all of Meta's clean energy and carbon credit requirements.
- Create, maintain, and update documents and data related to contracts.
- Track compliance with contract milestones and deliverables.
- Respond to inquiries and manage amendments, collateral, force majeure, and issues.
- Surface and resolve issues in contracts and operations; track project performance.
- Lead risk reporting against schedule and forecast; manage signature process.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, accounting, purchasing, and other stakeholders.
