Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager Cybersecurity 2 to lead a team of information system security professionals at Beale AFB, CA. The role requires Top Secret clearance and on-site work with strict conformity to government policies and RMF.

You will mentor leaders, oversee training, and ensure accreditation, while coordinating with executives and customers on critical security matters. A strong background in cybersecurity management is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with 7+ years of related cybersecurity experience.
• Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant work or PhD with 3+ years of relevant work.
• Current U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance (minimum) required.
• Ability to be cleared to Special Access Programs (SAP/SAR) is a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cybersecurity team to assess systems and networks within a secure enclave.
• Provide mentorship and development opportunities for managers and rising leaders.
• Identify skills gaps and coordinate targeted training to meet requirements.
• Establish and oversee strict program control processes for risk mitigation and A&A.
