Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication among Customer Care, Administrative, and Clinical teams and client organizations.
• Ensure compliance and confidentiality in line with regulatory requirements.
• Review documentation to support claim decisions and respond to audits.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for Leave of Absence programs and client needs.
• Lead a virtual team, define roles, and build talent to sustain a high-quality culture.
• Provide client support, diagnose issues, and propose preventive solutions.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure service and performance guarantees are met.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including workload and staff development.
• Respond to client inquiries with professional communication and timely updates.
