TRISTAR Insurance Group is seeking an experienced Professional Liability Claims Examiner III – Team Leader to oversee the NVA Team and guide examiners. You will manage a substantial caseload of 150–165 professional liability claims, perform thorough investigations, assess coverage and damages, and determine reserves within authority.

You will interact with clients, claimants, and counsel, provide mentorship, and escalate issues to supervisors as needed, while ensuring adherence to company

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of related claims experience.
• Active Independent Adjuster NY license.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor Examiners on the NVA Team to ensure quality claims handling.
• Manage an active caseload of approximately 150–165 professional liability claims.
• Investigate, gather evidence, and assess coverage, liability and damages.
• Review policies, endorsements and laws to determine reserves and strategies.
• Communicate with clients, claimants, counsel, and vendors on claim status.
