Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of related experience in professional liability claims.
• Strong knowledge of coverage, regulations, and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day guidance and work direction to Claims Examiners.
• Manage an active caseload of 150–165 Professional Liability claims.
• Conduct timely investigations and evaluate documentation and evidence.
• Review policies, endorsements, and relevant laws to determine coverage and liability.
• Communicate with clients, claimants, counsel, service providers, and others regarding status.
• Establish and maintain reserves within authority levels and company guidelines.
