The role focuses on water resources projects, including hydrologic/hydraulic modeling, master drainage studies, and flood-related analyses, with opportunities to mentor junior staff.

The position requires a Texas PE or the ability to obtain registration within 12 months, proficiency in HEC-RAS and ArcGIS Pro, and

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited Civil Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Professional Registration: Texas PE or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• 12+ years of Water Resources experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope, budgeting, scheduling, and invoicing support.
• Utilize ArcGIS to prepare project maps and data.
• Conduct hydrologic, hydraulic, hydrodynamic and 2D modeling.
• Perform watershed and inundation mapping.
• Prepare client-facing reports and submittals for permits.
