OEI (O'Brien Engineering & Architecture) is hiring a Civil Water Resources Professional Engineer Lead in Dallas, TX. This senior role requires 12+ years of water resources experience and a Texas PE or eligibility within 12 months.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams on municipal, land development, private, healthcare and defense projects. You will perform hydrologic/hydraulic analyses, leverage HEC-RAS and ArcGIS Pro, and supervise junior staff while coordinating with agencies for permits and

Qualifications

• Professional Registration: Texas PE or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• 12+ years of Water Resources experience.
• Proficient in HEC-RAS, ArcGIS Pro, and Audodesk XPSWMM (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope, supporting invoicing, budgeting, scheduling, documenting.
• Using ArcGIS and related tools to prepare maps for each project.
• Collect data from databases for model parameters.
• Hydrologic, hydraulic, hydrodynamic and 2D modeling.
• Watershed and inundation mapping; prepare reports and visuals.
• Present findings to clients and agencies; coordinate submittals for permits.
• Supervise and train junior staff.
