Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree with 7 years civil construction mgmt or craft supervision experience.
• Associate Degree with 9 years civil construction mgmt or craft supervision experience.
• High School Diploma/GED with 11 years civil construction mgmt or craft supervision experience; must have excellent communication, leadership, and safety skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations to ensure safe, timely, and profitable project completion.
• Supervise earthwork, site grading, concrete, foundations, ductbanks, and related civil activities.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and manage safety, quality, scheduling, and contract performance.
• Interface with clients, engineers, and other contractors; develop project procedures and standards.
• Authorize purchases and field design changes under supervision of CM/PM; verify drawings and RFIs.
• Audit site safety documents (PTAs, TSOs) and maintain daily field reports and progress photos.
