Job summary

Allegiance Group is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead major ground-up construction projects in South Dade. You will oversee day-to-day field operations, coordinate civil, structural, and building envelope work, and manage subcontractors to ensure execution per contract documents.

Strong communication, leadership, and schedule-management skills are essential for delivering projects safely, on time, and with high quality.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction.
• Strong ground-up civil and structural construction experience is essential.
• Experience with building envelope construction and coordination.
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades.
• Strong understanding of construction schedules, field coordination, and contract documents.
• Experience with daily reporting, schedule updates, subcontractor meetings, and RFI management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day project execution and field operations.
• Coordinate all civil, structural, and building envelope work.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and trades throughout the project.
• Organize and lead subcontractor coordination meetings.
• Coordinate work based on field conditions, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Ensure construction activities are completed in accordance with contract documents.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential delays or field issues.
• Provide accurate and consistent daily project reporting.
• Assist with project schedule updates and communicate progress to the project management team.
• Assist with RFI management and resolution of field-related issues.
• Maintain strong communication between subcontractors, project management, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
• Help ensure quality, coordination, and overall successful project execution.
