Job summary

HireVenture is seeking a Lead Superintendent for a Miami mixed-use vertical construction project. You will own day-to-day field execution, site logistics, safety, and subcontractor coordination from mobilization through turnover.

We require a proven leader with recent experience on meaningful vertical construction, preferably in Florida. OSHA 30, strong communication with subcontractors and inspectors, and the ability to drive look-ahead planning and quality turnover are essential.

Qualifications

• Recent experience as a Lead Superintendent or senior field leader on meaningful vertical construction work, ideally in Florida.
• Direct responsibility for schedule, trade stacking, inspections, quality, and turnover.
• Credibility with subcontractors, consultants, inspectors, and internal leadership.
• Ability to lead calmly under pressure and convert field complexity into practical action.
• OSHA 30 required or obtainable immediately; bilingual English / Spanish is helpful.

HV Talent Group is partnering with a well-established, rapidly growing construction organization seeking a dynamicLead Superintendent for a Miami mixed-use residential project with units, parking, storefront retail, and amenity scope. This role requires a field leader who can manage urban logistics, strong trade stacking, and quality execution across structure, MEP, interiors, and turnover.
