Job summary

N3B Los Alamos, LLC is seeking a Professional Civil/Structural Engineer 3/4 to lead design on highway, transportation, and public works projects in Los Alamos, NM. You will develop plans and specifications, mentor engineers, and coordinate with other disciplines to meet project goals.

The ideal candidate has a PE license, strong design knowledge across roadway, drainage, and utilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Team-oriented collaboration required in design teams.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and coordinate with disciplines.
• Experience with roadway, grading, drainage, structural and utility design.

Responsibilities

• Perform field investigations and computations; prepare drawings and visual aids.
• Drafting and figure development using technical software.
• Design civil/structural projects; review staff designs and mentor juniors.
