Job summary

N3B LLCC is seeking a Professional Civil/Structural Engineer (3/4) in Los Alamos, NM to lead design activities for highway, drainage, and site development projects. You will coordinate disciplines, mentor junior engineers, and ensure quality and安全 in every task, while meeting project milestones.

The ideal candidate holds ABET‑accredited civil/structural degrees, 3–5+ years of responsible charge experience, and is capable of independent, multi‑task work in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from ABET-accredited college or university.
• 3 years in charge of civil/structural engineering work (Level 2).
• 5 years in charge of civil/structural engineering work (Level 3).
• Experience with construction plan production, design calculations and technical writing.

Responsibilities

• Perform field investigations and assessments and prepare drawings.
• Drafting and figure development using technical software as required.
• Design civil/structural projects and review staff work.
• Mentor and train junior engineering staff.
• Prepare or modify reports, specifications, and procedures.
