Responsibilities cover design staff management, contracts, budgets, regulatory plans, and review of constructability. A California PE license or the ability to obtain within six months is required.

Formación

• BS in Civil Engineering and California Professional Civil Engineer registration, or ability to obtain it within six months.
• 6–12 years relevant civil engineering experience or 8–15 years equivalent industry experience.
• At least three years of management experience supervising technical staff.
• AutoCAD/Civil 3D and CAD experience; California jurisdictional knowledge preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage design/support staff, construction documents and contracts, field coordination, schedules, and budgets.
• Prepare contracts, fee proposals, and scopes of work; coordinate with clients and public agencies.
• Conduct conceptual and preliminary engineering studies involving land use, zoning, site constraints, infrastructure, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and process regulatory and public improvement plans.
• Review constructability and provide construction support while directing team goals, quality, and delivery.
