Cruitin, LLC. is seeking a Civil Project Manager in Riverside, CA to lead land development and public infrastructure projects from design through construction.

You will manage technical staff, serve as the primary contact for clients and public agencies, and oversee schedules, budgets, and contracts. The role requires a California PE license (or ability to obtain within 6 months), a Civil Engineering degree, and 6–12 years of experience (or 8–15 years equivalent).

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• California PE license required or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 6–12 years of relevant experience, or 8–15 years equivalent industry experience.
• 3+ years managing or supervising technical staff.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD / Civil 3D (required).

Responsabilidades

• Manage land development and public infrastructure projects from design through construction.
• Lead project teams and coordinate with clients and public agencies.
• Prepare and oversee construction documents, schedules, budgets, fee proposals and scopes.
• Provide construction support and field coordination.
• Mentor and supervise technical staff.
• Ensure compliance with California jurisdictional codes.
