Cruitin, LLC. is seeking a Civil Project Manager in Riverside, CA to lead land development and public infrastructure projects from design through construction.

You will manage technical staff, serve as the primary contact for clients and public agencies, and oversee schedules, budgets, and contracts. The role requires a California PE license (or ability to obtain within 6 months), a Civil Engineering degree, and 6–12 years of experience (or 8–15 years equivalent).

A well-established, multidisciplinary civil engineering and planning firm is seeking a Civil Project Manager for its Riverside, CA office. You'll lead land development and public infrastructure projects from design through construction, managing technical staff and serving as a key contact for clients and public agencies.

What you'll do

• Manage land development and public infrastructure projects, including residential, commercial, roadway and utility work.
• Manage construction documents and contracts, schedules and budgets, fee proposals and scopes of work.
• Provide construction support and field coordination.
• Prepare and oversee regulatory plans and public improvement plans, and perform constructability reviews.
• Work directly with clients and public agencies.
• Supervise and mentor technical staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• California PE license required, or the ability to obtain it within 6 months.
• 6–12 years of relevant experience, or 8–15 years of equivalent industry experience.
• 3+ years of managing or supervising technical staff.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD / Civil 3D (required).
• Knowledge of California jurisdictional codes strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated long-term tenure with prior employers preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:
