Advatix, Inc. is seeking an experienced Civil Project Engineer Manager in San Diego, CA to lead land development projects and oversee engineering teams.

The role focuses on design through construction, client coordination, and regulatory compliance in a private consulting setting. The successful candidate will manage budgets, schedules, and contracts, provide technical direction, and ensure project deliverables meet California standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of civil engineering experience.
• Minimum 3 years in leadership, project management, or supervision.
• Strong land development and site design experience.
• Experience in private civil engineering or engineering consulting.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, scopes, contracts, and teams.
• Hands-on with AutoCAD Civil 3D; knowledge of grading, drainage, utilities, and public improvements.
• Experience with regulatory permitting and project approvals.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil and land development projects from planning to construction.
• Provide technical direction and conduct constructability reviews.
• Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, and project teams.
