Job summary

Seneca Resources seeks an experienced Civil Engineer to lead geotechnical and civil engineering activities for the station geotechnical program. The role covers data collection, instrumentation specs, inspections of civil structures, tunnels, and dam safety, and regulatory reporting.

The senior engineer will mentor Bath team members, develop maintenance plans, perform slope stability analyses, and provide expert support to operations, with a focus on safety and high standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; civil with geotechnical focus preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• PE license preferred and reciprocity possible.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Ability to work safely in plant environments and perform fieldwork.
• Proficient in engineering calculations and reports.
• Knowledge of hydrogeology and dam safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil/geotechnical engineering aspects of station geotechnical program.
• Perform data collection and analysis; develop instrumentation specs.
• Conduct civil structure, tunnel and dam safety inspections.
• Prepare regulatory reporting and emergency action plans.
• Develop maintenance and repair plans; slope stability analyses.
