Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking an Electrical Foreman to join our field team on project sites across the United States. This hands-on, field-based role supports the electrical scope of solar and storage installations, leading crews to safely install and connect trenching, cable runs, and support systems.

Qualifications

• GED or equivalent education.
• Experience supervising a crew of 10+ on solar construction sites.
• Ability to lift 60 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong safety, quality, and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead DC trench, MV trench, and MV cable install activities.
• Oversee SCADA equipment install and fiber termination.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper documentation on site.
• Coordinate with supervisors and field crews to complete tasks.
