Job summary

Clark Civil, a division of Clark Construction Group, LLC, seeks an experienced Civil Estimator to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for diverse infrastructure projects including rail, tunnels, water/ wastewater facilities, and intermodal centers. You will develop detailed estimates across multiple divisions and lead subcontractor discussions to refine scopes and strategies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of heavy civil estimating and cost control experience (Concrete and Sitework preferred).
• Field experience is desirable.
• Estimating on public works projects in Mid-Atlantic and California is desirable.
• Undergraduate degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze drawings, specifications, proposals, and other docs to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates.
• Develop complete estimates for Divisions 3, 5, 6, 31, 32 and 33 for various project types.
• Lead meetings with subcontractors to develop complete scopes and discuss strategy.
• Perform risk and contract management on bids.
• Monitor cost estimates vs. actual costs.
