Clark Construction in McLean, VA is seeking a Senior Civil Construction Estimator to own complex preconstruction lifecycles. You will lead cost modeling, hard bids, and design-build proposals for regional and national projects, collaborating with trade partners to deliver precise estimates that drive winning bids.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in CM/CE and 7–10+ years of estimating on large civil ventures, with experience across rail, airports, and federal Infra.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in CM/CE or related field.
• 7–10+ years estimating experience on large-scale projects.
• Experience with hard bid, design-build, and CMAR estimates.
• Experience with $50M+ civil projects in rail/airports and federal infra.
• Knowledge of DC/MD/VA regs and LA/SF metro areas.

Responsabilidades

• Direct conceptual to GMP estimates for large-scale developments.
• Lead trade leveling sessions and bid coverage.
• Identify cost-effective design alternatives.
• Monitor regional commodity fluctuations and labor availability.
• Partner with project teams to transition bids to operations.
• Provide guidance and training to engineers and junior estimators.
