The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and the ability to provide technical oversight and mentorship. This position emphasizes design excellence, problem-solving, and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive experience in water engineering with a focus on water supply planning.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required (Florida).
• Ability to work independently and manage teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical oversight for water supply planning and treatment design deliverables.
• Support operational troubleshooting and technical evaluations.
• Mentor and develop technical staff in water treatment practices.

Skills

Technical proficiency in treatment process selection

Written and verbal communication

Collaboration with hydrogeology specialists

Field work/site visit capability

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical Engineering
