Futures Consulting is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team on a diverse portfolio of site development, land development, and municipal infrastructure projects. You will plan, design, and manage projects, working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver practical engineering solutions.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, collaboration, and client relationship development, with opportunities for growth and mentorship within a collaborative firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• PE license or ability to obtain licensure through comity.
• 5+ years of relevant civil engineering experience.
• Experience with site development, land development, or municipal infrastructure projects.
• Civil 3D experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the design and delivery of site development, land development, and municipal infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate project activities from planning through completion.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and overall project performance.
• Apply engineering best practices, codes, and standards to ensure high-quality project delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams and project stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
