The candidate will lead civil and light structural design, coordinate civil/electrical sets, advance plan checks, and help establish civil standards while coaching an AI agent to improve delivery.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer (PE) with 7+ years in site development.
• Strong Civil 3D skills and familiarity with civil design workflow.
• Coordinate civil/electrical sets and guide projects through plan check.
• Clear and proactive communication across cross-functional teams.
