Zing Recruiting seeks an experienced Civil Engineer for Fargo, ND to lead municipal and land development projects. You will oversee planning, design, and management of infrastructure, coordinating with clients and project teams to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

Ideal candidates hold a civil engineering degree with land development focus, a ND PE or the ability to obtain within six months, and 5+ years in municipal or land development roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with emphasis on land development.
• PE license in ND or ability to obtain within six months.
• 5+ years of municipal or land development civil engineering experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and management of municipal infrastructure projects (roadways, water, sewer, storm).
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and community leaders to deliver on schedule and on budget.
• Guide site development efforts and coordinate with clients to grow municipal and land development services in Fargo.
