Job summary

TYG in Miami/Fort Lauderdale seeks an experienced Project Civil Engineer/Project Manager to lead land development and infrastructure projects from planning through permitting and construction documents.

Responsibilities include managing site layout, grading, drainage, utilities, erosion control, budgets and client communications, plus mentoring junior engineers and developing client relationships. A PE license and 6+ years’ experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer license required.
• 6+ years of site/civil land development experience.
• Knowledge of South Florida permitting and land-use regulations.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Experience delivering multidisciplinary projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead land development and infrastructure projects from planning through permitting and construction documents.
• Manage site layout, grading, drainage, utilities and erosion control design.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules and client communication.
• Prepare proposals, technical reports and specifications.
• Mentor junior engineers and support team growth.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
