• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; PE license in Virginia or eligibility for reciprocity within 6 months.

Responsabilités

• Leads and supports the design and execution of land development projects from concept through completion.
• Develops, monitors, and manages detailed project schedules and reports from inception through permit to bond release.
• Manages budgets, costs, change orders, and forecasts with contractors to keep projects on time and on budget.
• Coordinates with internal teams, consultants, and public agencies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Reviews drawings and documents to confirm alignment with project goals and updates plans as needed.
• Prepares RFPs and manages bids for consultants and contractors; presents evaluations for approval.
• Oversees field operations and site visits; ensures quality and safety standards.
