Fishbeck is hiring a Civil Engineer to join our Land Development team in Farmington Hills, MI or Toledo, OH. You will lead site design, coordinate with a multi-disciplinary staff, and manage projects from scope through completion.

The ideal candidate holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage client relationships and project budgets. Hybrid schedule options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required.
• 5+ years of civil site development experience.
• Experience in project scope, budgeting, and client coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil site designs for diverse site development projects and clients.
• Plan site layout, grading, stormwater, utilities with a multi-discipline team.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budgets to meet client expectations.
• Coordinate workload and ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Collaborate daily with multi-office teams, guiding engineers on land development.
